Fantastic interview questions
This is a great course in general. It covers all core topics in option pricing. The interview question part is especially fantastic, which you can rarely find in other courses. The lecture material is really detailed and substantial. And the homework is very comprehensive and practical. Both lecturer and TA are very patient and helpful. Therefore, it meets my original goal for taking this course.

Exceeding my expectation
Yes, this is a very good course that actually exceeds my expectations. This course includes not only basic knowledge of options but also teaches some applications of numerical computation.

Many interviews questions are related to this course
I really like this course. It bridges the gap between theory and practice. I learned a lot from the lectures and encountered plenty of interview questions related to the course content.

Top content covering many relevant options topics
What I like most about this option course is its content. It covers a broad range of topics, starting from self-financing replicating portfolio, then risk neutral pricing, all the way up to Black-Scholes PDE. Mathematical expositions are very clear, finance concepts are well explained.
I just hope this course can progress faster. It took me more than 5 months to finish it. It would've been nice if it were just about 3 months.

Great course. Room for improvement.
The course is great. And I only have one suggestion. For many questions in level 3.4, I believe there are no correct answers, which makes it very hard to pass the quiz and continue to the next level. I was trying to point out this issue and take pictures of the wrong answers on the forum. Then I find that many of them wrong, which makes it hard for me to record all of them.

Learned more about options and feel more confident in applying MFE graduate programs
I was planning to finish the certificate by October. The delay of class materials has me adjust my plan. But I believe this won't happen to other students since the first cohort will finish and materials are all developed. Another suggestion is that this class should have some student TAs who dedicate more time to answer questions in the forum.
Additional comments or suggestions
Overall great class! I have learned more about options and feel more confident in applying MFE graduate programs.

Great course!
Overall, it was a great course. For improvement suggestions, it is better that the solutions to homework and exams can be provided.

Great instruction material and excellent student-focused tutors
Great instruction material and excellent student-focused tutors. I benefit a lot from forum discussions with peers and tutors as well. Looking forward to adding topics on American options in the future.

Very intuitive primer for starters!
For quizzes, there seem to be some mismatches, or the solutions are not so clear. I forget which classes they are, but I kind of took my chance to pass them. I attempted more than 5 times for each before I could pass them without knowing how. Overall, it is a very intuitive primer for starters! Thank You Dan and Thank You Rados.

High quality. Learn fundamental options theory
This primer course is of high quality. The exercises pushed me to truly understand the basics instead of learning by rote. The content is well-structured, and the knowledge it taught is fundamental and clear-cut.
Of course it is not perfect, since this is a newly opened course. But overall I enjoyed most of my time and I learnt a lot from it.
