Buddy of mine applied at a small company and they want him to take an online test before he even talks to them. The test is 4 HOURS long. How many senior people that currently have a job will actually take the test? I guess they are only interested in hiring desperate people? The company was offended when he declined and gave them the reason. Is this the new norm?
