Advice on grad offer

Hi guys, I received a very interesting BB quant offer - interesting work, sounds like a good experience, albeit the location is far from ideal. I don't mind staying for 2-3 years as a junior for the experience, however, I am afraid that there are limited opportunities if I stay longer than that.

How hard would it be for me to jump to a financial centre after 2-3 years, if they refuse to relocate me?

Yes, I suspect they offered me LatAm job for cost cutting reasons
