Best way to prepare/things to do for my first day(trading job)

Hey, guys,
I just accepted an offer from a prop shop in Chicago. For those that have trading experience(prop shop or BB), what did you guys do to best prepare yourselves for the job and what do you wish you would have done before starting(books read/skills learned etc.)? Thanks.
 
I've never been a trader, but you have a grace period where you can say, "I'm new here, could you explain how this part of the business works ?" without looking or feeling foolish. Use it.
