BlackRock Portfolio Analytics vs. other groups

I have an interview with BlackRock for Portfolio Analytics...however, I was wondering if there would be a difference between this group and RQA/FMG. I'm definitely looking more into quant stuff, and I was wondering if the work would be similar or not. Anyone know people who have worked here?
