Can anyone log into NYU GSAS Portal?

Hi, I recently applied to NYU, made application payments, and got a confirmation email that my application has been submitted.

But since today, I cannot log into the portal and the page says my account does not exist for my email addess/birthdate.

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue.

Can you successfully log into your portal?

I just realized although I cannot log in directly through the portal, I can log in through the link given in the verification email which I received when I first created the account. I presume there is some bug in their portal right now.
