Can I apply both MathFin and FE at the same time?

Hi, Everyone!

I am new here and I am introduced by my friends to this website! He told me that there are many valuable resources regarding applying financial engineering program.

I am applying this fall. And I only want to apply NY-based program, simply because if I am moving to another city, my girlfriend probably will break up with me.
So, NYU, Baruch, Columbia are on my list. In terms of Columbia, I am simply wondering that can I apply their Math Finance and Financial engineering at the same time?
