I am debating about companies and wanted to ask your opinion about following companies for career progression, given overperformance relative to peers.:

1. CTC
2. Maven Securities (Chicago)
3. Valkyrie
4. Tower

Is it better to be at a smaller company or a bigger more developed one for earlier stages in your career? and what do you know about the bonus structure in the first periods and career progression overall?
