Courses to strengthen my resume?

So here's my situation: I have a masters degree in physics, and lucky me - I ended up in a quant position (derivative). So now here's my question - apart from performing in my job (obviously), is there anything else I should do to secure my position (or brush up my resume?)? I had some suggestion (both towards and against) CFA. Infact even Todd Fahey suggested that CFA isn't one of the main concern. Meanwhile CQF is pretty expensive imho...

Suggestions?

Not CFA. Your job won't help pay for a degree? If not there are cheaper options out there. They don't hold the prestige as Columbia but once you have your entry level job pretty much and FE/QF/FM will do.

Hi,

Thanks for your response! Yeah it's likely they won't pay for my degree (pretty country dependent stuff)
By FE/QF/FM you mean another degree, right?

Thanks!
