Does college rank matter?

Hello,
I just wanted to whether or not college rank matters when applying to top MFE programs like CMU, Columbia etc. I’m currently attending UCF(rank 121) as a junior and just got accepted into UF(rank 30) as a transfer student. Want to know if it’s worth accepting to get a higher chance of getting accepted into top MFE’s. Thanks

Better schools are better, but that doesn't mean you should transfer. You want to transfer for your last year of college?
