I'm one of the MFE candidates who just got into MFE. I worked as a derivative analyst at my country. However, equity derivative business market in my country is actually going down.
I plan to land a job in US and considering about getting job in equity derivative market. However, I'm little concerned about market situation. How is equity derivative market in US doing? Is the business going down?
I also thinking about quantitative equity portfolio management because I also have strong interest in stock investment since I was child.
It would be great if I could get advice from experienced people about market situation of equtiy derivative market and quantitative equity portfolio management
