Exchange possibilities at a QF, FE program

I would like to do a semester or two (approx. 0,5-1 year) at an Msc.-level program in mathematical finance, financial engineering or quantitative finance. Do anyone know good programs that allow exchange students to follow their courses?

I got an exchange place at UC Berkeley but apparently, exchange students are not allowed to follow courses at the Haas school of business.
