Finding entry-level quant trading positions in the Netherlands

I'm a professional mathematician with a PhD in maths and very strong maths problem-solving skills and some knowledge of mathematical finance, and I'd like to seek an entry-level quant trading position in the Netherlands, but when you go to the websites of the major banks it's difficult because they are all about traineeships for people who have just graduated, and I have finished 8 and a half years ago and done two post-docs. Does anyone have any insight into how I can try to break into the field while working in the Netherlands (and not speaking Dutch at present)?

you only need to be in. Maybe you should swallow the pride and see if these positions work for you.

In the Netherlands you can survive professionally without knowledge of Dutch. But if you stay longer you should learn the lingo.
