Hi guys,

I've been recently admitted to both GIT quantitative computational finance program and USC financial engineering program, I currently live in DTLA now, but have a hard time deciding which program I should go. Only minimal jobs and internship information for USC MFE program seem to be listed on the official website, and USC MFE program is not even in 2021 ranking as far as I'm concerned. However, GIT is also a public school where it might be a little hard to find job after graduation. Which one should I choose? Thanks!

USC program sits under its school of engineering--usually means lackluster recruiting. The curriculum is like a confused engineering curriculum fused with some business electives from its business school (Marshall), 99% of which are not quantitative. UCLA MFE is a lot more competitive for quant finance in the LA area.
