I'm a Masters Graduate with CS degree.
I'm working as a .NET developer for last 18months,
last year i came across hedge funds, trading platform soft wares and I developed interest in them and I want to pursue my career in financial domain.
I have good experience with C# and some c++ .
I recently applied for financial sw developer position with bloomberg,
cleared 1st C# programming test, but screwed up 2 questions in 2nd round, c++ interview on phone and got rejected.
I have seen many ads/posting that say we need atleast some experience with trading platform, fix protocol etc for Junior Level jobs
For entry level jobs i don't get any reply back on my application.
How can I improve my chances of getting into this field.
I tried searching for online courses , certifications (not long term degree programs) but couldn't find any.
Can some one suggest or advice what i should do?
