How much of the TOTAL starting salary is from the sign-on bonus?

I was looking at the rankings and noticed that the sign-on bonus was not separated from the starting salary. I.e. How much of Baruch's starting $152,483 is actually the salary, not the bonus?

Additionally; yearly bonuses are obviously performance base, but are they typically about the same as your sign-on bonus? I.e. Without a salary increase, Baruch grads in their 2nd year of working will be paid ~$152,483?

There is an additional first year bonus on top of the sign-on bonus for the first year. The second year bonus is to be compared with the first year bonus. We do not collect data on that, but it should be higher than the first year bonus. In the end, bonuses vary though.
