If there's an official transcript?

I finished the course in October. Now I am applying for MFE/MathFin programs. And I met some problems.

Many of the schools require(or prefer) C++ course takers, and ask us to list the course we take, which should be matched with my transcripts. However, this course only offers a certificate without grade on it.

So, I wonder that may I get an official transcript? Or should I use the certificate as my "transcript"?

You can use the certificate. If they require something additional, you may contact the Baruch MFE program and they'll provide you with a letter (which includes the grade).
