Are there interviews for admission to top MFE programs?

You should check the websites of the individual programs (I'm sure they outline their admissions process in detail on them). I know for a fact that some have mandatory interviews.

Can u tell me what kind of questions are asked in interviews... is it generic or is it subjective.. like explain some math or finance concept.. by generic i mean knowing the candidate..
