I have a bachelors degree in electronics engineering and i'm currently working in a semiconductor company with 2 years of work exp.However i'm interested in pursuing ms in quantitative finance.Is there any way to build up my profile apart from online courses?Most of the basic mathematics prerequisites were covered in my under graduation.Also ms degree offered by few universities span for an year only and I have been told that pursuing one year ms would lessen the chance of employment since I have no prior experience in this field.Is it so?
