UG College: Engineering degree from a Top 5 IIT (8.16/10), Good grades in curriculum math subjects, not much experienced in programming
Certifications: CQF, CFA L2, FRM P1
GRE: 321 (167Q, 154V)
Work Exp: Data Scientist (6 Months), GBM Analyst Goldman (2 years)
Targeting Berkeley, CMU, Columbia, U Chicago, Cornell

Any suggestions/roasts/comments are warmly welcomed
 
Address your lack of programming. Learn C++ and/or Python.
Take any missing math courses, especially measured theory, probability. Many MFE programs have a core stochastic course where many students without a proper math background suffer greatly.
Not much on your post to give any specific advice. Apply to more programs.
Read all the articles on the front page.
Take a look at @grxthy plan to see if you miss any of those courses.
