MM Equity derivatives vs BB Fixed Income Research

I’m a rising junior and have two offers I am considering for an internship next summer. Title says it all. BB is a JPM/BAML/GS/MS. Is name recognition more important, or should I go with the MM because it’s closer to what I want to do. FI Research is fundamental, not quantitative.

Also, which would look better for MFE apps? Both NYC
