Need help on Uniform Random Permutation

Hi guys!!!
I have been searching the c++ code for generating the 1xn matrix containing the integers ranging from 1 to n in the random order. But I just can't seem to find one.
Can anyone here point me out where I can find that?

You can use STL algos:

1. random_shuffle()
2. next_permutation()
