I has received an offer for MA in Mathematics with specialization in the mathematics of Finance.

But my goal is to pursue Phd in Financial Mathematics.

Do you think that I has more chance to get into Phd program, if i go to columbia?

I think Mensa is right.

You need to work on your English mate. The choice of Uni is important but even more so is your ability to publish in 3-4 star journals (while on a PhD).
