Phone Interview Clarity Question

This may sound like a silly question but I'm scheduled for a phone interview with JPMorgan's quant department next week. The guy who works at the team did not mention in the email what the interview might encompass and I've read in the past that other people were told types of topics should be included in the interview. Is that actually true and should I reach out to him again asking for further information related to the interview.
