Please help me understand this instruction in application of Princeton

Princeton MFin application lor requirement for LOR says:

Master in Finance applicants: Three letters are required. The department will accept one of the letters from a current or former employer.

Here, does it mean that the program will accept a minimum of 1 non-academic/work lor or a maximum of 1 non-academic/work lor.
Can I submit 2 non-academic and 1 academic lor ?
