I've completed my M.Sc. Financial Mathematics from LSE and have come back to India now. Have looked through the various posts on this forum for Career Advice and Job Prospects, but none are related to the Indian Market. Was wondering if anyone has any insight as to what my job opportunities would be and what future they have?
Some people say that the derivatives market is dying due to various regulations that have come into play, and that there is no scope for pricing exotic options right now.
I am interested in the Analytics/Research side of it as well. Quite confused about my options and where I can apply, would be grateful for some direction or inputs.
