Quant position at Bank of America ML vs Citi

just thought to get a piece of advice. I have two offers for quant associate from the banks above. The same role, the same money and location. Is there any point one bank is more preferable than the other? Thanks!

I don't know of Citi but BAML has a really good G-10 Rates desk.

I'd go BoA. Citi seems kind of like Yugoslavia after Tito. How you fare depends on whether you're in Serbia, Croatio, or Bosnia.
