If you want to land a job in Europe, then ETH QF program will be just fine. They have some good, albeit sometimes very theoretical lectures. I enjoyed a couple of these lectures as an application of pure math. If you're determined to go into finance then you could even consider an internship at a bank during your studies. It helps you understand the actual application of financial models and it's a big plus for your CV.
