Should I accept a postgraduate scholarship for the topic I am not that much interested in?

I received a scholarship for postgraduate studies in three different countries in a subject I am not that interested in (education policy and management). It is more interesting than my undergraduate degree (Economics), i.e. I want to change my academic qualifications. The other option would be to study another bachelor degree (Psychology) which I have always been interested in and I believe would be best choice for my career (in line with my interests and personality). I am a bit stuck deciding, because I have a chance to travel, meet new people, gain international experience, independence, but, on the other hand, hate to have to learn something I don't feel passionate about, again. What would you do?

Thanks!

have you asked that question on urch.com forum?
