I submitted that on Dec 2. Yes, I got one interview...

In email of interview invitation, they said that the interview was supposed to be approximately 20 minutes... which is shorter than normal.... so I guess that, for late applicants , their seats are already filled up.... they review applicants just to take some of them as wait list candidates...

Pretty much the same for me. But I got the hold status right before my interview started, which is very ridiculous to me...

It is almost equal to rejection, but I know one guy who got offer after being held for three months without making progress for listed conditions. Finishing the conditions listed seems to have little to do with admission decision.
