UCB MFE Rolling admission

UCB has given 4 deadlines: Jan, March, May, Oct.
Does applying early give more weightage?
What exactly is “rolling admission”?
Say if I apply in March, then are interviews scheduled within a month or it's done at the end of the year, i.e. around Oct/Nov? (given my application is shortlisted)

P.S: i’m an international student

The interviews will be within a month of your application (basically you would get your result before the next round most probably)
