whatever you do, don't go to Buffalo. You will hate the weather.

Which one is comparatively better in terms of teaching quality, facilities, job placement?

Both are all relatively unknown programs as far as placement track record. UNC is a ranked program while Buffalo is not.
Finance is a competitive industry and your life will be much easier to graduate from a competitive program.

Thanks

UNCC is obviously not a top tier school but finance market in Charlotte is really booming and not so many schools in US are targeting this area. There will be a lot of opportunities. So between these two programs I would suggest go south.

I'm currently at UNCC. If you are from outside the US your chances of getting a job after graduation are approximately equal to 0. If you are from the US, you may end up with a job comparable to what a BS in finance from a mid tier university will land you. Buffalo is surely similarly competitive. I agree with Andy, either you get in to a highly regarded program, or the MS just isn't worth it.

except from top tier schools, most of the universities are bribing these websites and getting a good rank. So, if you are going to IVY legue university, there is no doubt the outcome will be good. From the above i would say buffalo will be good option as it's curriculum is really good.
