Undergraduate IEOR value, job placement, etc.

Anyone konw something about the undergrad program in IEOR department? It has Financial Engineering as a concerntration, also industrial engineering, ect. I heard the course load for the FE concerntration is really heavy, plus it's not easy to get accepted for FE( need to apply to FE concerntration in junior yr). I don't konw anything about the job placements for undergrad IEOR or IEOR-FE. As the market is very tough at this moment, I think it'll be very helpful to konw some stats for this major.
