Valuation of stocks in emerging countries

I am interested to buy some shares in countries from ex-yugoslavia, bosnia, serbia, macedonia, croatia, montenegro, and due to lots of corruption problems in this countries (strong political infulence on companies, accounting blending of real data) I am interested how to properly value companies of such countries. I found several companies which have Market capitilizaion way way to low like for example company has on balance sheet 700 million euros of assets and is worth around 200 million all together. Hope guys you can give me some additional reading or advices, how to properly do the task. All the best

look at buying Ben Graham's "Intelligent Investor", Roger Montgomery's "Value.able" and use very big margins of safety

I am reading already intelligent investor lol, but it's going slowly due to many activities :D I will definetly check book Value.able and I will buy regular shares for over years horizion, not some crazy day trading lol like I do in forex:D
