Next year around this time I will be ready to graduate from a finance Phd program.
In my department they expect us to get jobs in academia, so I don't know much about getting a job in private sector process.
I am not even sure when I should start sending applications or contact headhunters, 6 months before graduation or 3 months? I am considering buy side jobs btw, if that makes any difference.
I appreciate any suggestion or guidance. Thanks.
