Hey guys,

I might be stressing for no reason BUTTTT I really want to work at a hedge fund and/or be a quantitative trader.
I feel like I lack the pure maths/cs background that goes into being a successful quant.

Anyways, here's my background:
- Rising junior at a T10 undergrad in the USA
- Double major in stats and econ
- Currently interning at a hedge fund (through nepotism though, I'm not THAT smart)
- Completed basic programming class at uni + CS50x, no exposure to analysis in math

Based on this, I have two questions for you.
1) What internships/entry-level roles should I target with a background like this? The end goal is to be a trader or PM.
2) What would you recommend that I do in order to become better at programming and math? Any online resources?

Thanks a lot for your help.

You don't need analysis. If you are not HYPSM, it would be difficult to get research roles at top firms as an undergrad. Should target quant trader roles for intern, you only need some probability theory and not much programming but it's firm dependent.
