Which GRE Score should I send?

Hi There,
Since I am not satisfy with the first Verbal score, I took a second test, unfortunately, yielding to a even lower Verbal Score, but a higher Q score.
These two GRE results shown as follows,
First G, 151 V, 168 Q, 3 AW;
Second 148 V, 170 Q, 3.5 AW.

I wonder which one is a more suitable (I know it is not competitive at all.....) choice for a MFE program?

1. ) A 170Q is competitive everywhere.
2.) I think the 3.5 vs 3 AWA is worth giving up the 3 points on verbal before we even get to the difference in the Q scores.

I'd submit the 2nd.

Write a great personal statement, and all will be forgiven on the V and AWA scores.
