which GRE scores should I use?

Today I took the exam for the second time and I did better on the quant part but not as good on the verbal (did totally bad, lol).

Now, what do I enter in my applications ? the highest grades or the latest grades? say the highest verbal and the highest quant or just the latest ?

Use the latest. They will glance at your GRE report and make judgement call then.
