Shouldn't we hear something by now? Like a confirmation email that all materials received or something (like applicants received last year around and before this time)? anyone?

if you look at the tracker, you will see that the average time for a decision is approx 70-75 days...

That is for answer. But usually, by now, people will receive emails from program confirming that the file is complete and that ad com will be reviewing file now...Something along these lines.

I didn't receive any email from them and I can still make changes...

The deadline was 1st December, so the decisions should be out during the 2nd week of February, tentatively.
