Hello everyone,
I have been practicing IT auditing for over 7 years now, but interested in developing a career in Financial Engineering with particular focus on commodities risk management. My background was in Agricultural Engineering but I never practiced for a year after graduation save for lecturing and doing research in simulation of air-spray droplets using QBASIC prog lang. This was about 10 years ago.
I have been the following questions:
(i) What are my chances?- in terms of employability
(ii) Through some research, I have identified that MFE with Risk Management Institute of the National University of Singapore will be suited to my needs. It's run in partnership with Berkeley-Hass I understand. What is your opinion about MFE programme at Risk Management Institute - National University of Singapore. Now I know many of you guys are based in the US, but would appreciate your comments based on your experience of any NUS alumni in your workplace or the marketplace in general.
Any other relevant advice on how to achieve my goal will be appreciated. Thank you
