That is not true. A number of candidates have been accepted by UChicago.

Nope, nothing yet from Uchicago. I think it also depends on the visa issue (related to Covid-19 pandemic), so the school is not sure whether to accept more students or not.

I emailed them last week. They said "expedited decision may not be possible". Honestly I don't expect to receive decision until the end of May.
