I emailed them last week. They said "expedited decision may not be possible". Honestly I don't expect to receive decision until the end of May.

Some first round candidates haven't got the decision yet. I have no idea what they intend to do.

Also, they open 3rd round for admission and that for candidates who have US valid visa.
