no way. they have received around 850 applications. considering the class size >100, they should release at least 200-400 admissions.. then 30% make sense i suppose

For this year, I suspect that we will see a sharp spike in enrollment at the Singapore campus...Reason being that Chicago has just launched a separate onsite prep program at the Singapore campus....

I do not profess to have confirmed with any UoC personnel...but it is really not hard to see why...

This year, UoC has set up a separate prep program at the Singapore campus. Considering that U0C already has a prep program at the Chicago campus (with an online option and a MUCH more comprehensive curriculum), the Singapore prep program is intended clearly to cater to prospective students located in Singapore...

I suspect that it is also UoC's intention to continue to run the Singapore prep program for at least the next few years...As such, you can be sure that they would be admitting a significant portion of the Singapore prep program class...Because if they don't, there would be little interest in the Singapore prep program!

I applied to the Singapore campus and also has not received any decision yet. They also changed the admission decision date on their website from 15 April to 30 April:

All applicants will be notified by April 30, 2012.
These dates apply to Chicago applicants only.

How many in total are they recruiting?

One of their admission officers wrote to me in early December:
"We’ll admit around 70 new students to Chicago for 2012. Singapore, around 35. Stamford is for UBS employees."

I have not yet received acceptance/rejection notification from chicago nor i see any updates on tracker for last couple of weeks.are the admits over..?

By logic and by last years tracker my guess is not. If admits were officially over then rejections would also be sent. There are still no rejections on this years tracker

from my understanding first set of admits had to respond by march 8. i dont think its over.

I am not sure what is going on this time. I have not seen a single reject. Especially from India I have not seen many people getting any response yet. I tried calling them but no one is responding. If any one has received any information please share it will be of great help to me

Make sure to check your online application status page in case you didn't miss any emails of anything like that.

I am in the same boat as all of you seasonally they should have started releasing admissions very soon after spring break which was one week later than last year. Last year admins came in around March 27: two days after spring break, Easter, Passover.
I have no idea whats going on as well. It has been a particularity disturbing process since I have waited almost 100 days and nothing.
