Yes, we should keep an eye on until it's really over.Let see how many admits will commit to the program. It takes time for people to get all decisions, make deposit, and commit.

Nope, I would expect to hear back around the end of March.Any news about people on the waiting list?
Thank you, this is quite unexpected, and I'm quite happy. That's a great sign. Congratulations!
When updating your Chicago tracker, please add a note when you were waitlisted and when it turns into admit so people can see how long it will convert and how many people.Thank you, this is quite unexpected, and I'm quite happy.
Sorry to hear buddy. What are the options now?Just got rejected.![]()
Did you get an email for that? GL to other programs.Just got rejected.![]()
Just got accepted! I'll reflect that on my tracker. When updating your Chicago tracker, please add a note when you were waitlisted and when it turns into admit so people can see how long it will convert and how many people.
Thanks and congrats.
It means future applicants should prepare their applications much sooner, learning C++ or Python and work on some projects to showcase they are serious about this. A standard application with good grades/GRE won't be competitive anymore.I think uploading several sample projects of mine in the application portal worked in favor.
Nothing. I applied to five and got rejected from all of them, need to introspect now about what went wrong, and how the future will look like.Sorry to hear buddy. What are the options now?
