Got round 2 interview request yesterday

Hi Everyone, I have a few questions :

1. Do everybody who finally gets admitted into the program goes through the interview or there are cases where people have been directly admitted?
2. Is it possible that people who have applied in round 2, they receive their interview invites after 1st May (i.e Date when the final results need to get communicated according to the admissions website)?
3. Do they admit students on a rolling basis ever after round 2 is over i.e 1st May 2019?

Everyone who gets in must be interviewed. There is no rolling basis admission and I don’t believe there are interviews after may since that’s when results come out. Sorry if this may be a disappointing answer.

Thank you . I was rejected by Columbia, NYU, and Princeton. I lost all hope today to be honest, but then I got this email and feel so blessed that I got selected by CMU.
