A cursory glance at the tracker data shows no admitted student without an interview. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I heard from them yesterday evening. My interviewer is a current student of the department. Don't worry, I am sure they will contact you soon.

Did the student contact you directly? Was there any flexibility in interview slots?

He send me an email with proposed interview time. I replied and proposed a different time. He agreed. So I guess there is some flexibility.

Hi all,

I noticed on the Columbia MFE website that the admission office will send you an email notifyin g you that your application has been under review. Has anyone received this email yet? I submitted on December 23, 2014 but still didn't receive it.

My status had all the green checks in the application, reference letter, and application fee. Does this mean the application is complete? Once it's completed, the reviewing process should begin, but why did I still not receive the email?

I have that strange part too! But I didn't change anything. May I know when you submitted?

I paid the application fee around 8pm on the due date and I made some change afterwards but still before midnight. I emailed the admission office and they told me I could still update the application until I am assigned a reviewer. I haven't been contacted since that

Same here! Nothing from them! But it seem like some people got offers already.....

I would really appreciate it if anyone who gets interview could ask interviewers whether all invitations have been sent out and has anyone already been admitted yet.

I heard that they already sent out around 30 interview invitations and last year they sent at least 120 for MFE. So there's still chance!

Any student from China got the invitation? Is it due to special consideration of Chinese new year that they will delay the send out of invitation?
