I'm panicking since other people started to receive interview invite and I haven't.

I'm in the same boat.

When did you get the invitation? I think the interview questions are all competency based.

All the info about past years' questions point toward simple questions like "Why Columbia?" and such.

Seems like it's been around the same kind of questions for the past few years. Guess we'll see how different it will be this year, if at all.

I submitted in the 1st week of Jan. Close to the deadline. Got the interview invite on 5th Feb.

No I did not get an email from Carmen. I think it's better to get a chance to interact with faculty. Prepping for general things, nothing specific.
