Yeah sure I would do that, but any guesses as to why these late interviews, did their waitlist fall short, were there more people who opted for some other program?

here is what an admission email looks like, for those who got notified by application website but have not received an eamil yet.

We look forward to meeting you during orientation, which begins on July 2, 2012. In the next week you will receive instructions on how to secure your space in the class via email, which will be followed by information about housing, applying for a visa, etc. If you do not receive this notification within two weeks, please email seasgradmit@columbia.edu. no, i never received any formal communication from Columbia. rejection was only speculation since i had received no interview invite when the bulk of the candidates did. Did you received anything from them yet?

Yeah they were late in my decision, so i sent Adina an email asking when will the decision come out, they replied on March 5 with a rejection. Anyone else got a rejection that late, could it be because i asked them for the decision?

I applied to the MSOR program directly. I Still haven't heard anything from them. NO interview, no nothing. Just Pending. But I received an email saying that they will try to make all the decisions by March 30th. Anyone else in the same situation?

When is the last date to accept the MSOR offer for the people who have been redirected from MFE?

I did check the MSE option. At this stage anything from Columbia would be good but I would really love the MSOR. Have they started giving out admits for MSE?
Which concentration at MSOR are you looking at?

Another day passes without any news. "All decisions will be made by 30th March". Just one more day.

What is the acceptance deposit fee for MFE? Any idea if it would be same for MSOR?

It was USD2,500. No idea if it'll be the same for MSOR.
