Yeah... I saw it too. It seems like a few people received e-mails each day since last week. Why did they do that instead of sending all the decisions at one day? I'm just curious.. you know, just waiting and checking email is really stressful...

I received the offer on Sunday, 10:30 pm in email and I also felt the time was very strange.

Cornell FE application submitted on December 2018. Haven't received any decisions yet. Does that mean rejection? Cause I only saw admitted updates in the tracker, and Cornell started to send out offers since January.

Hi

While applying for Cornell Master of Engineering program in Operations Research and Information Engineering (Financial Engineering), instead fo fall 2019 I was seeing spring 2020 option. So I apply it choosing the same.

Today I got a mail from admissions school with the following message: "We regret to inform you that your application for admission to the Master of Engineering program in Operations Research and Information Engineering at Cornell University for the Spring 2020 term has been denied. We do not accept Spring term applicants to our degree program. ".

Now I a just perplexed that if they don't offer admission in this program for the spring term, why they have an option for applying the same in their portal.
Please help me, somebody.

Hi fellow 2020 MFE program applicants, I had interviewed for Cornell FE program a while back (early December). It has been over a month now since the interview and I still haven’t heard back. Anybody else on the same boat? Did anybody receive an admit?

Any idea when we’d be getting the decisions?

Oh I had the online video interview as well. I assumed that’s the last round(?) Is there a potential follow up Skype/Zoom interview as well? Any idea when the decision would possibly be out? From last year’s tracker details it looks like many who interviewed early december got their results by jan 1st/2nd week.

Yeah I don't think there is any Skype interview but I was just asking to make sure.

Based on last year's tracker I agree some people found out mid/late jan, but it looks like they sent offers fairly continuously throughout feb/march as well

Also it looks like the average time to decision is 94 days based on the tracker, so I guess we can expect late feb/early mar

Since it’s been quite a long wait since Dec 1st (the application deadline) for Cornell and most people are done with their interviews too in early December. Any speculations of when Cornell would be releasing their final decisions?
