Do you even lift? What are your hobbies outside of the quant world?

Is lifting typical in quant circles? Just wondering. btw. i do not lift except sporadically some pull ups (and I do a little bit of yoga every day).

I doubt it ;). Yoga's great, though. It's great for people with back problems, I know first hand. I experienced no sciatica symptoms as long as I was doing it. Disclaimer: Your guy friends will make fun of you, but active girls love talking to yogi guys. Illustrative reenactment:

Yoga by itself is probably not enough. You need some cardio-vascular (like running, swimming, or cycling) and some muscle-toning exercises as well (e.g., through weight training).
